Forestry Mulching
Underbrush, palmetto, vines and small trees ground into mulch right where they stand. No burn piles, no haul-off — clean, usable land in about an acre a day.

Pace is one of the fastest-growing corners of Northwest Florida, and the growth is literal: subdivisions and homesites being carved out of what was pine and scrub a few years ago. That makes Pace ground zero for exactly our kind of work — the wooded lot that just sold and needs a footprint, the leftover acre behind a new house that's still all thicket, the parcel on the market that would show better as land than as woods.
We're minutes away — Clearview is based in Jay, and Pace, Pea Ridge and Wallace are our daily orbit. Forestry mulching is usually the answer here: fast, clean, no burn piles smoking next to an occupied subdivision, and the keeper oaks and pines left standing so a cleared lot still looks like Florida instead of a sandpit.

A typical Pace call: property bought, builder scheduled, and between the two stands a wall of volunteer pine, yaupon and briar. We clear homesites to what the build actually needs — footprint taken down to workable ground with roots out, the rest of the lot mulched selectively so the finished house sits in trees, not in a scrape.
The other regular is the acreage remainder — the two or five wooded acres behind or beside a home along Wallace and toward Chumuckla. Mulching turns those from no-man's-land into usable back land: walkable, mowable, and open enough to see your property corners again. Stumps and grading finish the job where it needs finishing.
Our equipment matches Pace's parcel sizes: skid steers and mini excavators that work a half-acre lot without wrecking the neighbors' irrigation, get through gates, and finish most residential jobs in a day or two. Being based up the road in Jay means short mobilization — which on smaller jobs is the difference between a fair price and a trip charge in disguise.
We also keep Pace properties maintained after the first cut — scheduled brush hogging for open land, fence lines cleared and built, storm cleanup when the Gulf sends weather up Escambia Bay. One local number for all of it: (850) 910-2447.

Lots, acreage and homesites cleared for real use — brush and trees down, debris handled, ground left clean. Sized right, from half-acre lots to full parcels.

Farm, field and property fencing — posts set, wire strung, corners braced. And because we clear land, the overgrown fence line gets opened up first.

Overgrown fields, pastures and lots cut back down — heavy rotary mowing for the growth a lawn mower won't touch and a mulcher is overkill for.

Stumps ground down below grade — single backyard stumps or every stump on a cleared lot. Mow over it, build over it, or plant grass where it stood.
