Forestry Mulching
Underbrush, palmetto, vines and small trees ground into mulch right where they stand. No burn piles, no haul-off — clean, usable land in about an acre a day.

Navarre has spent two decades turning pine woods into neighborhoods, and the frontier is still moving — up Highway 87, out East Bay Boulevard, back into the flatwoods toward Holley. Almost every property here started as sand, slash pine and palmetto, and plenty of it still is: wooded lots waiting on builders, back acreage gone to thicket, new places whose land came bigger than their owners' equipment.
Clearview covers Navarre with the machine built for its terrain: a forestry mulcher that turns palmetto and scrub into a clean mulch floor in place — no burn piles in a subdivision, no convoy of debris trucks. Homesite clearing, stumps, grading and storm work round out the list. Free estimates, straight numbers.

Navarre's signature parcel is the flatwoods lot: sandy ground, tall slash pines worth keeping, and a serious palmetto-and-gallberry understory that makes the land unwalkable. Mulching is tailor-made for it — the understory grinds into ground cover, the pines you flag stay standing, and the lot goes from jungle to park in a day or two.
When a build is coming we take the footprint further: cleared and grubbed honest, organics out so nothing rots under the pad, rough grade set to drain — which matters on flatwoods ground that already sits close to wet in a rainy summer. The rest of the lot stays mulched and natural, which is why the finished houses out here sit in trees.
Off the main corridors, Navarre still has real acreage — tracts toward Holley and East Bay where owners want trails cut, back land opened, and firebreaks where the flatwoods run right up to structures. Palmetto country burns when it's dry; a maintained break is cheap insurance, and ours double as clean access trails.
And Navarre knows storm season as well as any town on this coast. When wind comes off the Gulf, the same pines that make the lots beautiful end up on fences and drives. We bring grapple, mulcher and excavator to put properties back in order — access first, structures next, then the mess. (850) 910-2447, early as you can call it.

Farm, field and property fencing — posts set, wire strung, corners braced. And because we clear land, the overgrown fence line gets opened up first.

Overgrown fields, pastures and lots cut back down — heavy rotary mowing for the growth a lawn mower won't touch and a mulcher is overkill for.

Stumps ground down below grade — single backyard stumps or every stump on a cleared lot. Mow over it, build over it, or plant grass where it stood.

Residential-scale excavation — grading, trenching, root and debris removal, drainage fixes and site prep with mini excavators and skid steers.
